一个班级,是同龄学生的集结地,他们有着相同的目标和追求。然而在素质教育全面推进的大背景下,学生水平不均一直是比较棘手的问题。面对不同类型的学困生,施以相应的鼓励教育,使学困生的智力得到开发,是每一个有工作责任感的中小学教师不可推卸的责任。因此本文将深入学生,找准学困生形成的原因以及特点,并予以深入的分析和研究。
