农村小学生学习内驱力存在的问题及解决策略研究

摘要 长期以来,受传统教育观念的影响,再加上农村小学教师老龄化严重,大部分教师在实际教育教学中仍然采用以学科为本、知识为本的灌输式、说教式等教育方式,致使教育教学过程索然无味,小学生的学习兴趣及主动性可谓"消失殆尽"。基于此,本文将围绕"农村小学生学习内驱力",从剖析问题、解决策略两个方面进行阐述,谈一谈农村小学生学习内驱力存在的问题及解决策略。 Affected by traditional educational concepts for a long time, coupled with the serious aging of rural primary school teachers, a large proportion of teachers still use subject-based, knowledge-based indoctrination, preaching and other educational methods in actual education. The teaching process is boring, and the primary school students’ learning interest and initiative can be described as "disappearing". Based on this, this article will focus on the "study drive of rural primary school students", from two aspects of analysis of problems and solution strategies, and talk about the problems of rural primary school students’ learning drive and their solutions.
