高中图书馆和阅览室建设的初衷是拓宽学生的阅读范围,但是大部分学校图书馆的使用率相对低下、图书馆藏书资源匮乏,根本不能满足新课标要求中高中生对学习的要求。本文基于课程改革的时代背景,以图书管理员的身份对图书馆建设的价值取向做了深入研究,更在此基础上探讨了图书馆建立的实践性意义。
