摘要
采用计算流体力学软件ANSYS FLUENT的动网格技术对单根控制棒落棒行为进行数值模拟,使用程序内嵌的6自由度模型描述控制棒受力情况,计算获得单根控制棒落棒的位移、速度和时间以及控制棒导向管内的压强分布等结果,并基于公开发表的单根控制棒落棒实验数据对数值模拟结果进行验证,结果表明本文提出的数值模拟方法可以准确地预测控制棒下落过程中的位移及时间相关参数,能够为反应堆控制棒落棒相关结构的优化设计和安全分析提供依据.
In this paper,the commercial software FLUENT and dynamic grid technology were used to simulate and analyze the falling process of the control rod in the reactor.The displacement,velocity and time of the falling process and the pressure distribution in the control rod guide tube were obtained.Compared with the existing typical experimental data for single control rod drop,the numerical calculation results were verified correct.Therefore,the numerical method can be used to calculate the speed,time and other related parameters of the control rod falling process,which can provide a basis for the optimization and design of the control rod drive mechanism in the reactor.
