摘要
为了有效地对装配式建筑施工安全系统风险性进行定量分析,基于多因素交互耦合作用影响视角,依据安全事故致因理论建立安全事故多维轨迹风险交互作用模型,借助事故树分析法(FTA)识别出装配式建筑施工过程16个非安全风险影响因子,构建人-设备-管理-环境4维风险耦合相互作用矩阵对装配式建筑施工安全风险进行评价.通过结合青岛华皓·悦城项目案例,研究发现,该模型综合考量多因素交互耦合作用影响,具有高度科学性与准确性,对装配式建筑施工安全风险防范具有实际应用意义.
In order to implement quantitative evaluation of the safety risk of prefabricated building construction efficiently,this paper constructed the cross risk coupling cause model of prefabricated building based on multifactors coupling perspective and accident causation theory.This paper chose the 16 prefabricated building construction risk factors through Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),and constructed interaction matrix under the view of personnel,machine,environment and management to assess the prefabricated building construction risk.Through the example analysis,the results showed that the model synthetically considered the interaction and mutual influence between the risk factors of multiple prefabricated building construction.The model has high scientific and accuracy,and it has practical application of significance for prefabricated building construction safety risk prevention.
