摘要
介绍了粘胶纤维生产过程中生化污泥压榨脱水处理工艺流程,对生化污泥处理中生化污泥/药剂进料方式进行优化,改用固废电石渣物化污泥/生化污泥混合进料,探讨了进料方式的改变对进料污泥pH值、药剂加入量、压榨时间以及滤饼含水率的影响。结果表明:采用生化污泥/药剂进料方式,进料污泥酸性较强,药剂加入量高达2000 kg/d左右,压榨时间为3500~4500 s,滤饼含水率达44.85%~47.44%;为降低滤饼含水率、降低药剂成本、提高压滤机工作效率,采用固废电石渣物化污泥/生化污泥混合进料方式,物化污泥/生化污泥混合质量比为50/50,进料污泥pH值为7~9,药剂加入量为0~125 kg/d,压榨时间为500~800 s,滤饼含水率为39.82%~43.50%;采用固废电石渣物化污泥/生化污泥混合进料压榨脱水处理工艺,实现了生化污泥处理的低排放、低能耗、低污染。
The squeezing and dewatering processes of biochemical sludge in viscose fiber production were introduced.The feeding mode of biochemical sludge/chemical agent was optimized in biochemical sludge treatment,i.e.,applying solid waste calcium carbide slag physicochemical sludge/biochemical sludge mixture feeding method.The effects of the change of feeding mode on the pH value of sludge,the dosage of chemicals,the squeezing time and the moisture content of filter cake were discussed.The results showed that the feeding mode of biochemical sludge/chemical agent required a dosage of chemical agents about 2000 kg/d,causing a strong acidity of the feed sludge,and provided the moisture content of filter cake up to 44.85%-47.44%at a squeezing time of 3500-4500 s;the moisture content of filter cake was 39.82%-43.50%when the feeding mode of solid waste calcium carbide slag physicochemical sludge/biochemical sludge mixture was adopted under the conditions of the physicochemical sludge/biochemical sludge mass ratio of 50/50,pH value of feed sludge 7-9,dosage of chemicals 0-125 kg/d,squeezing time 500-800 s in order to decrease the moisture content of filter cake,save the cost of chemical agents and improve the working efficiency of filter press;and the biochemical sludge treatment of low emission,low energy consumption and low pollution was realized when the squeezing and dewatering processes for solid waste carbide slag physicochemical sludge/biochemical sludge mixture feed was adopted.
