摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)无速度传感器控制的噪声问题,提出了一种新型的PMSM无速度传感器控制。新方案通过区分注入信号周期和控制周期,并结合基于离散位置信号谐波分析的增强型矢量跟踪观测器,可实现准确的位置估计,并降低噪声。此外,还研究了估计误差的影响,并采取了进一步降低谐波的措施。最后,通过试验验证了新型控制策略的效果。
To solve the noise problem of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed sensorless control strategy,a novel speed sensorless PMSM controller was proposed.The accurate position estimation was realized and noise was reduced by distinguishing the injected signal period from the control period,and combining an enhanced vector-based tracking observer based on harmonic analysis of discrete position signals.In addition,the influence of the estimation error was studied,and measures to further reduce the harmonics were taken.Finally,the effectiveness of the new control strategy was verified through experiments.
