缪荃孙是我国近代著名学者,他一生爱读书,爱藏书,最终与图书馆事业结缘。文章在梳理缪荃孙研学之路的基础上,客观分析他与中国近代图书馆事业的缘起经过,并对其在中国近代图书馆史上的贡献与地位做出评价。

Mr.Miao Quansun was a famous scholar in modern China.He loved reading and collecting books all his life,and eventually became associated with the library cause.On the basis of sorting out Miao Quansun’s research road,the paper objectively analyzes the origin and process between him and modern Chinese library career,and then evaluates his contributions and status in the history of modern Chinese library.
