“Basic Plan for the Promotion of Reading Culture 2019-2023”in South Korea

韩国“读书文化振兴基本计划”是根据韩国《读书文化振兴法》第五条及同法实施令的规定,由韩国文化体育观光部长官(部长)每5年组织制定的法定计划。2019年4月,韩国文化体育观光部公布了“读书文化振兴基本计划2019-2023”(以下简称“基本计划”)。这是韩国第三个“读书文化振兴基本计划”,本文就此次计划的宏伟蓝图、总目标,以及其实施战略和重点课题作一介绍。

The“Basic Plan for the Promotion of Reading Culture”in South Korea is a statutory plan organized by the Minister of the Ministry of Culture,Sports,and Tourism every 5 years in accordance with the provisions of Article 5,the“Reading Culture Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea”and related operational command.In April 2019,the South Korean government announced the“Basic Plan for the Promotion of Reading Culture 2019-2023”(hereinafter referred to as the“Basic Plan”).As the third“Basic Plan for the Promotion of Reading Culture”,it introduces the grand blueprint,general goals,implementation strategies and work priorities of the Basic Plan.
