欣悦通便贴治疗老年功能性便秘疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xinyue Tongbian plaster in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly

目的观察欣悦通便贴治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月于西苑医院老年病科门诊及病房就诊的患者共158例为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(78例),对照组予便通胶囊口服,观察组给予欣悦通便贴贴敷治疗,1 w为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察患者主要临床症状疗效、便秘患者生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)。结果158例患者观察组的总有效率为93.7%,对照组的总有效率为89.7%。两组患者便秘主要症状的总积分以及两组PAC-QOL量表积分在进行治疗前后的组间比较后,差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论欣悦通便贴治疗老年功能性便秘,可改善排便习惯和改善患者生活质量,临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinyue Tongbian plaster on functional constipation in the elderly.Methods A total of 158 elderly patients who attended the outpatient and ward of the geriatrics department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(78 cases).The control group was treated with Biantong capsule,and the observation group was treated with Xinyue Tongbian plaster.One week was a course of treatment,and the treatment lasted for three course.The efficacy of the main clinical symptoms and the quality of life(PAC-QOL)of constipation patients were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.7%,and that of the control group was 89.7%.The total scores of the main symptoms of constipation and the PAC-QOL scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Xinyue Tongbian paster can significantly improve defecation habits and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with functional constipation.
