欣悦降压穴位贴辅助治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压临床观察

Clinical observation on Xinyue antihypertensive acupoint plaster in the adjuvant treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly

目的观察欣悦降压穴位贴辅助治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压阴虚阳亢型的临床疗效。方法收集114例老年单纯收缩期高血压阴虚阳亢型患者,采用随机法数字表分为观察组和对照组,各57例。在不改变原有口服降压药的常规治疗基础上,观察组给予欣悦降压穴位贴贴敷治疗。1周为1疗程,连续治疗4个疗程后观察患者血压及中医阴虚阳亢证型症候积分变化情况。结果配合欣悦降压穴位贴的患者降压效果更好,并在中医证候积分上差异有统计学意义,临床疗效和中医临床疗效显著。结论欣悦降压穴位贴能明显改善老年单纯收缩期高血压阴虚阳亢型患者的中医证候,有辅助治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xinyue antihypertensive acupoint plaster in the adjuvant treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly with the syndromes of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods A total of 114 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension with the syndromes of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases in each group.On the basis of maintaining the original conventional treatment with oral antihypertensive drugs,the observation group was treated with Xinyue antihypertensive acupoint plaster.One week was a course of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the blood pressure and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the antihypertensive effect of the observation group was better,TCM syndrome score was lower,and the clinical efficacy and TCM clinical efficacy were more significant.Conclusion Xinyue antihypertensive acupoint plaster can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension and the syndromes of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,and has an adjuvant therapeutic effect on this disease.
