“无废城市”视野下的一般工业固体废物高质量治理——以安徽铜陵为例

High Quality Control of General Industrial Solid Waste from the Perspective of Waste-Free City——Take Tongling in Anhui Province as an example

推进一般工业固体废物高质量治理,建设“无废城市”,是新时代贯彻绿色发展理念,满足人民日益增长美好生活需要的必然要求。铜陵市作为全国首批“无废城市”建设试点,在一般工业固体废物治理上总体表现不错,但也存在着管理制度不完善、资源综合利用能力不强等问题。在考察该市一般工业固体废物治理基本情况和问题的基础上,提出相关对策建议。

Promoting high-quality management of general industrial solid waste and building a"waste-free city"is an inevitable requirement for implementing the concept of green development in the new era and meeting people's growing needs for a better life.As the first pilot of"waste-free city"construction in China,Tongling City generally performs well in industrial solid waste management,but there are also problems such as imperfect management system and weak comprehensive utilization capacity of resources.This paper will put forward corespondent proposals based on investigating basic situations and problems of general industrial solid waste treatment in this city.
