高校大学生创业模拟实训实证研究——以安徽农业大学为例

An Empirical Research on Business Simulation Training of College Students:A Case Study of Anhui Agricultural University

对安徽农业大学的大学生创业模拟实训现状进行问卷调查,结果表明,学生对创业模拟实训给予了充分肯定,但认为在创业模拟实训的开展与实施实践中以及对学生创业的支撑度与后续服务等方面仍存在一些问题。应从完善保障体系、加强师资建设、改进教学策略、开展以赛促训、强化后续服务等方面提升创业模拟实训的教学效果,服务创新创业型人才培养。

This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of entrepreneurship simulation training for university students in Anhui Agricultural University.The results showed that students fully affirmed the entrepreneurship simulation training,but believed that there were still some problems in the development and implementation of entrepreneurship simulation training as well as the support and follow-up services for students'entrepreneurship.The teaching effect of the simulation training should be improved from the aspects of improving the guarantee system,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the teaching strategy,promoting training through competition,and strengthening the follow-up service,so as to serve the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
