摘要
在自媒体时代,高校意识形态主要存在三个突出问题:一是社会因素密切联动校园;二是思政课教学效果参差不齐,意识形态教育不到位;三是意识形态工作“言语”多于“实干”,遇事应付解决。其原因是客观上时代的变化,全球互联互动,自媒体深度嵌入社会;主观上决策层对意识形态认知不足,各项投入不足,工作队伍不强,工作机制低效,对自媒体未能有效趋利避害,亟需多元主体协同应对,建立联动机制。
Under the influence of we-media,ideology in universities mainly shows the following prominent problems:firstly,social factors are closely connected to the campus;secondly,the teaching effect of ideology and politics courses is uneven and ideological education is not in place;thirdly,ideological work is more of a"word"than"action".The reasons for the prominent ideological problems are as follows.Objectively,as the times are changing,the world is interconnected and interactive,and the we-media are deeply embedded in the society,which bring severe challenges;subjectively,the decision-makers have insufficient cognition of ideology,making the working team weak and the mechanism insufficient,thus failing to deal with harms brought by the we-media.As a result,universities are in urgent need of multifaceted and coordinated response to establish a linkage mechanism.
