摘要
以319名高职教师为研究对象,以中介效应为分析方法,通过分析其职称晋升压力、工作满意度和职业倦怠状况,发现高职院校教师有较大的职称晋升压力,较中等的工作满意度、较低水平的职业倦怠感,职称晋升压力对职业倦怠不仅有直接效应,而且通过工作满意度发挥着间接效应。
Taking 319 teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object and using intermediary effect as the analysis method,this paper analyses their status of title promotion pressure,job satisfaction and job burnout and explores the mechanism of title promotion pressure and job satisfaction on job burnout.Higher vocational teachers have greater title promotion pressure,moderate job satisfaction,and lower level of job burnout.In this regard,title promotion pressure does not only have a direct effect on job burnout,but also plays an indirect effect through job satisfaction.Based on these findings,the paper puts forward some suggestions to alleviate vocational burnout of higher vocational teachers.
