克氯米芬联合舒郁助孕煎治疗情志型不孕症效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Clomiphene Combined with Shuyu Zhuyun Decoction in the Treatment of Emotional Infertility

目的:观察克氯米芬联合舒郁助孕煎对情志型不孕症患者的治疗效果。方法:98例情志型不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组给予克氯米芬治疗,观察组在此基础上加用舒郁助孕煎治疗。连续治疗6个月后,观察比较两组患者的排卵率、受精率、妊娠率,以及中医症候积分、体内性激素水平变化和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的排卵率、受精率、妊娠率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项中医症候评分均较治疗前明显改善,血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)等性激素水平较前明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组的中医症候评分和性激素水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:克氯米芬联合舒郁助孕煎对于情志型不孕症的治疗效果良好,能够提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率,改善患者的中医症候和体内性激素水平,且安全性良好,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of clomiphene combined with Shuyu Zhuyun decoction on emotional infertility.Methods:Totally 98 patients with emotional infertility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with Shuyu Zhuyun decoction additionally.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the ovulation rate,fertilization rate,pregnancy rate,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,change of sexual hormone level in the body and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The ovulation rate,fertilization rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved,and the levels of serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and the other sex hormones were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms and sex hormones in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clomiphene combined with Shuyu Zhuyun decoction has a good therapeutic effect on emotional infertility.It can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients,improve the TCM symptoms and the levels of sexual hormones in body with good safety,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
