摘要
本文以同煤集团某煤矿西专回延伸巷综掘工作面掘进中遇到岩石进行辅助炮掘时,对钻孔直径和炮泥比例进行了参数重新设计,与此同时,对钻孔的炸药填塞深度进行优化。经现场实践表明:与优化前相比,在进行方案重新设计后,茬进提高了约0.2 m,CO与粉尘浓度均有所降低,提高了巷道的掘进速度与效果。
In this paper,the auxiliary blasting method is adopted when rocks are encountered in the excavation of the special extended return air roadway in the west of a coal mine of Tongmei group.The diameter of the borehole and the proportion of gun mud were redesigned,and the depth of explosive packing was optimized.The field practice shows that:after the scheme is redesigned,the driving footage is increased by about 0.2m,the concentration of CO and dust is reduced,and the tunneling rate is increased.
