摘要 王村选煤厂在煤质发生变化后,粗煤泥分选产品水分升高,影响产品质量。本文采用浓缩旋流器对当前振动弧形筛入料做预先脱水,取得显著效果。既降低了产品水分,又改善了弧形筛筛板的堵塞情况,对于粗煤泥分选系统的进一步优化升级具有重要借鉴意义。 Due to the change of coal quality,the moisture content of coarse slime separation products in Wangcun coal preparation plant increased,which affected the product quality.In this paper,the concentrated cyclone is used to pre-dehydrate the feed of the vibrating arc screen,and remarkable results are obtained.It not only reduces the product moisture,but also improves the blockage of the arc screen plate,which has important reference significance for the further optimization and upgrading of coarse slime separation system.
