摘要
目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中不同类型住院医师心理健康状况的差异性表现及原因,研究矫正这一差异性的方式,为改善类似事件发生时其心理健康状况提供思路。方法针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中浙江大学医学院附属第一医院专业学位硕士研究生、外院、本院和社会化等不同类型的住院医师共发放心理健康状况调查问卷712份,回收有效问卷711份,通过PHQ-9(抑郁症筛查量表)和GAD-7(广泛性焦虑问卷)的结果了解其是否存在抑郁或焦虑症状。调查结果采用Excel及SPSS 22.0进行数据处理。结果不同类型的住院医师抑郁和焦虑情况存在差异,差异有统计学意义(抑郁X^2=13.11,P=0.004;焦虑X^2=11.35,P=0.01);单位人住院医师的抑郁和焦虑情况均高于专业学位硕士研究生,差异有统计学意义(抑郁X^2=12.406,P<0.001;焦虑X^2=11.22,P=0.001)。结论不同类型学员心理健康状况不同。单位人的心理健康状况相对较为不佳,应当予以重视和干预。
Objective To analyze the different manifestations of mental health and causes among different types of residents during the COVID-19 epidemic in order to minimize the negative effect of such differences and offer advice on how to improve their mental health during similar events.Methods Questionnaires were sent to different types of residents at the First Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University during the COVID-19 epidemic.A total of 712 questionnaires were distributed and 711 valid questionnaires were retrieved.PHQ-9(Patient Health Questionnaire-9)and GAD-7(General Anxiety Disorder-7)were used to find out if the residents had any symptoms of depression or anxiety.The results of the survey were processed using Excel and SPSS 22.0.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of depression and anxiety between different types of residents(depression X^2=13.11,P=0.004;anxiety X^2=11.35,P=0.01).Residents of standardized training who had been hired had higher levels of depression and anxiety than holders of master’s degrees,and the difference was of statistical significance(depression X^2=12.406,P<0.001;anxiety X^2=11.22,P=0.001).Conclusion Different types of residents are of different mental health status.The mental health of residents of standardized training who have been hired is relatively poor,which should be taken seriously and intervened in.
