新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的中医住院医师规范化培训管理模式探讨

Management mode of standardized training of residents of TCM amid COVID-19 pandemic

2019年底武汉地区暴发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情并蔓延至全国,医务人员们停止休假纷纷返回工作岗位,全国医疗机构迅速组队支援武汉。根据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发展形势,我院作为山东省重要的教学医院和中医住院医师规范化培训基地面临着巨大考验。本文重点就住院医师返程和复工后临床教研活动的安全有效开展及疫情下的住培管理模式进行探讨。

At the end of 2019,novel coronavirus pneumonia struck Wuhan and spread across the country.Many health care providers suspended their vacations and returned to work.Medical institutions all over the country quickly teamed up to support Wuhan.Given the development of the new coronavirus-infected pneumonia epidemic,our hospital,as an important teaching hospital in Shandong Province and a standardized training base for TCM residents,is facing a huge challenge.This article focuses on ways to ensure safe and effective clinical teaching and research activities for residents who have resumed work and on the best approach to standardized training for residents amid the pandemic.
