摘要
基于对国内外职场欺凌研究的回顾,发掘出大学教师职场欺凌这一研究领域。选取国内一所高校的3位被欺凌者,对他(她)们近20年内多次被欺凌的事件进行深度访谈并展开研究,结果表明:我国大学教师职场欺凌呈现“关系决定论”的特点,压制个人诉求取向,符合“欺凌协助者”模型。该文提出让公平正义成为大学精神、大学应培育教师健全的人格、引入第三方校外评判机构的建议,为高等学校落实立德树人根本任务、促进高等教育的健康发展提供了启示。
Based on the review of workplace bullying research at home and abroad, a new research field of workplace bullying among college teachers has been discovered. Three bullied individuals in a domestic university were selected to conduct in-depth interviews on their bullying incidents over the past 20 years and carry out qualitative research. The results show that the bullying teachers in colleges and universities in China present the characteristics of "relationship determinism", suppressing the orientation of individual appeals, and conforming to the "bullying helper" model. On this basis, it is proposed that fairness and justice should become the spirit of the university. The university should cultivate the sound personality of teachers and introduce third party campus bullying agencies. This provides useful inspiration for the implementation of the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents in higher education and the healthy development of higher education.
