This paper analyzes the present situation that the undergraduate education of hotel management has not fully integrated the discipline competition and teaching of hotel management,and points out the positive significance of the application of the teaching mode of"promoting learning by competition and promoting teaching by competition".Taking the course"Hotel Service and Etiquette"as an example,this paper discusses the implementation plan and effect of the deep integration between the teaching mode of"promoting learning by competition and promoting teaching by competition"and course teaching.
