摘要
“师德养成”是实现我国教师教育事业振兴的首要措施,要求将师德教育贯穿教师教育全过程,并将社会主义核心价值观全面落实到教育教学实践中。“混合式教学”是针对大学生学习方式的转变,利用互联网资源而进行的线上线下相结合的教学模式。该文以新时代师德养成要求为指向,分析了混合式教学为全面提升未来教师师德素养而设计的教学策略,并以四川幼儿师范高等专科学校的“幼儿艺术教育与活动指导”课程为例,探讨如何将师德养成、学科特点与互联网学习高度融合,力图创新基于师德养成的教师教育课程混合式教学,总结出一套行之有效的教学策略,为践行立德树人做出有益探索与实践。
The"development of teachers'ethics"is the primary measure to realize the revitalization of teacher education in our country.It requires the education of teachers'ethics to run through the entire process of teacher education and to fully implement the core socialist values into education and teaching practice."Blended teaching"is an online and offline combined teaching mode that uses Internet resources based on the transformation of college students'learning styles.Based on the requirements for the development of teachers'ethics in the new era,this paper analyzes the design strategy of blended teaching for the comprehensive improvement of future teachers'ethics,and taking the course of"Preschool Art Education and Activity Guidance"of Sichuan Preschool Education College as an example,explores how to fully integrate teachers'ethics,discipline characteristics and Internet learning,striving to innovate the blended teaching of teacher education courses based on the development of teachers'ethics,summarize a set of effective teaching strategies,and make useful exploration and practice for enhancing morality and fostering talents.
