基于从优待警政策,探索提高警察职业认同感新路径

Exploration on New Ways to Improve the Police's Professional Identity Based on the Policy of Preferential Treatment to the Police

公安机关作为我国行政机关的一部分,具有其特殊性,不仅承担着打击犯罪的司法职能,更肩负着维护社会长治久安的行政职能。因此国家一直以来都十分重视公安队伍正规化的建设,习近平总书记在2017年召开的全国公安系统英雄模范立功集体表彰大会上指出,各级党委和政府要关心和支持公安工作,关心关爱公安民警,加大综合保障力度,落实从优待警各项措施。全国各地也相继出台了不少惠警政策,对增强警察职业认同感有一定的帮助,但各地的惠警政策多有不同。基于社会主义新时代的现实需要和警察队伍的建设需要,该文从落实从优待警政策角度出发,探索增强警察职业认同感的新路径。

As a part of our country's administrative organs,public security organs have their particularities.They not only undertake the judicial function of fighting crimes,but also shoulder the administrative function of maintaining social stability.Therefore,the country has always attached great importance to the regularization of the public security team.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Collective Commendation Conference for Heroes and Models of the Public Security System held in 2017 that Party committees and governments at all levels should care for and support public security work,care for the police,intensify comprehensive security,and implement various measures for preferential treatment to the police.Many preferential policies have also been introduced for the police across the country,which have helped to strengthen the police's professional identity,but the actual situations are different from place to place.Based on the actual needs of the new era of socialism and the needs of the construction of the police force,this paper explores new ways to strengthen the police's professional identity from the perspective of implementing the policy of preferential treatment to the police.
