试论校企合作视域下职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径

On the Path to Construct a"Double-qualified"Teacher Team in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of School-Enterprise Cooperation

为了向社会输送更多符合时代发展需求的复合型、技能型人才,各职业院校必须充分利用校企合作方式扩大师资力量,组建起一支优秀的师资队伍,才能实现校企资源互补、优势互补、发展共赢的合作目标,共建“双师型”教师队伍。该文分析了通过校企合作建设“双师型”教师队伍的客观要求和现实意义,阐述了职业院校“双师型”师资队伍的建设现状,探究了校企视域下职业院校“双师型”教师队伍的具体建设路径。

In order to provide the society with more compound and skilled talents that meet the needs of the development of the times,vocational colleges must use school-enterprise cooperation to expand their teaching staff and form an excellent teacher team,in order to truly realize the goal of resource complementarity,advantage complementarity,and win-win development between vocational colleges and enterprises.In this regard,this paper analyzes the objective requirements and significance of schoolenterprise cooperation in the construction of a"double-qualified"teacher team,expounds the current situation of the construction of a"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges at the present stage,and explores the specific path to construct a"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation.
