大数据时代高校大学生心理健康教育路径研究

为了培养健康发展的全方位高级人才,高校着重对大学生开展知识技能教育和心理健康教育。大学生心理健康教育具有隐蔽性,因此成为大数据时代高校教师研究的热点问题。大数据时代的到来,使人们的思维习惯和生活方式发生改变,同时也给高校心理健康教育工作带来了机遇和挑战。该文以大数据时代的特点为切入点,首先对大数据时代给大学生心理健康教育带来的影响进行了分析,并在此基础上分析了高校大学生心理健康教育的策略,以期增强心理教育的实效性,进而通过高校心理健康教育模式的创新和改革,更好地适应教育信息化的发展。

In order to train all-round senior talents with healthy development,colleges and universities focus on the education of knowledge and skills and mental health education for college students.The mental health education for college students has hidden features,so the hot issue of college teachers'research in the era of big data is the mental health education for college students.The arrival of the era of big data has changed people's thinking habits and lifestyles,and also brought opportunities and challenges to mental health education in colleges and universities.Based on the characteristics of the era of big data,this paper first analyzes the impact of the era of big data on the mental health education for college students.And on this basis,it analyzes the strategies of mental health education for college students,in order to enhance the effectiveness of mental education,and better adapt to the development of educational informatization through the innovation and reform of college mental health education model.
