积极心理学对小学师生沟通的启示

The Enlightenment of Positive Psychology on Communication between Teachers and Students in Primary Schools

师生沟通在教育教学中具有重要地位。该文针对当前小学师生的沟通进行了反思,依据积极心理学的基本理论观点,试图为小学阶段师生的沟通提供新思路。积极心理学对师生沟通的启示主要有四方面:一是增强师生沟通的积极体验;二是培养学生的积极人格;三是构建积极的师生关系;四是营造积极的沟通环境。

Communication plays an important role in education and teaching.This paper reflects on the current communication between teachers and students in primary schools,and tries to provide new ideas for communication between teachers and students in primary schools according to the basic theoretical viewpoints of positive psychology.The enlightenment of positive psychology on communication between teachers and students mainly includes four aspects:firstly,enhancing the positive experience of communication between teachers and students;secondly,cultivating students'positive personality;thirdly,building a positive teacher-student relationship;fourthly,creating a positive communication environment.
