高职英语“线上+线下”混合式教学模式探究

摘要 2020年是特殊的一年。年初,全国的教育工作者都化身“网络主播”,开展“线上”教学活动。但是无论传统的“线下”教学模式,还是新兴起的“线上”教学模式,都存在一定的弊端。“线下”教学模式有如下弊端:填鸭式教学导致学生自主创新程度不高;教材更新慢,滞后于现实生活;学生学习质量参差不齐,导致课堂时间分配难以平衡。“线上”教学模式有如下弊端:人机互动导致师生缺乏情感交流;教师难以掌握学生真实学习水平;教师教学任务繁重,工作量大。恢复正常教学工作后,笔者建议将“线上”与“线下”两种教学模式融合在一起,通过在时间、空间上更加灵活地安排教学内容,将“线上”教材与传统课本结合起来,利用软件发挥学生主观能动性,以及利用大数据辅助课堂教学等方式,来实施“线上+线下”混合式教学模式,以期更好地提升课堂教学质量。 2020 is a special year.At the beginning of the year,all educators across the country became"network anchors"and carried out"online"teaching activities.However,both the traditional"offline"teaching model and the emerging"online"teaching model have certain drawbacks.The disadvantages of the"offline"teaching model are as follows:the cramming method of teaching leads to students'low degree of independent innovation;the update of teaching materials is slow and fails to keep pace with real life;the quality of students'learning is uneven,leading to the difficulty in balancing the allocation of class time.The disadvantages of the"online"teaching model are as follows:human-computer interaction results in a lack of teacher-student emotional communication;it is difficult for the teacher to grasp the true learning level of students;the teacher's teaching tasks and workload are heavy.The writer suggests integrating the"online"and"offline"teaching models after resuming normal teaching work by arranging teaching content more flexibly in time and space,combining"online"teaching materials and traditional textbooks,using software to give full play to students'subjective initiative,and using big data to assist classroom teaching,so as to better improve the quality of classroom teaching.
