摘要
以高铁车站选址的城市群化为背景,本研究在考虑高铁车站广义建设成本以及旅客广义出行费用的基础上,结合城市群内既有车站、机场对新建车站客流的竞争分配特征以及预测客流存在的不确定性,对既有选址模型进行了优化,提出了双层离散随机规划模型。然后根据随机规划模型特点,运用了基于蒙特卡洛模拟的两阶段解法。最后,通过算例验证了该模型对于优化城市群高铁车站选址的可行性和有效性。
Taking the urban agglomeration of high-speed rail station locations as the background, this study takes into account the generalized construction costs of high-speed rail stations and the generalized travel costs of passengers, and combines the characteristics of existing passenger stations and airports in the urban agglomeration with the competitive distribution of passenger flows and the prediction of passenger flows Existing uncertainty, the existing location model was optimized, and a two-level discrete stochastic programming model was proposed. Then based on the characteristics of the stochastic programming model, a two-stage solution based on Monte Carlo simulation was used. Finally, an example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for optimizing the site selection of high-speed rail stations in urban agglomerations.
