摘要
[目的/意义]如何适应“一带一路”沿线国家复杂的环境,是倡议和支持“一带一路”国家政府和企业所要解决的一个基本议题。高质量智库的规范化的服务在“一带一路”倡议落地的过程中发挥了重要的“外脑”作用。目前,国内智库仍处于初步发展阶段,服务质量水平参差不齐,尚未形成一套有效的规范化的服务体系。[方法/过程]本文基于服务规范化视角,结合智库服务过程中存在的典型问题,并融合TTCSP智库评价体系要素,建立关于包括客户价值与市场、服务结构与机制的二维多层关于智库服务规范化的模型。[结果/结论]该模型为智库服务提供蓝图,对智库服务质量的提升进行了系统的探索与思考。
[Purpose/significance]How to adapt to the complex environment of the countries along the Belt and Road is a basic issue to be initiated and supported by the governments and enterprises in that area.The standardized service of high-quality think tanks has played an important role as“outside brain”in the process of implementing the Belt and Road initiative.At present,domestic think tanks are still in the initial stage of development,the level of service quality is uneven,and an effective standardized service system has not yet been formed.[Method/process]Based on the service standardization perspective,this paper combines the typical problems existing in the think tank service process and integrates the elements of the TTCSP think tank evaluation system to establish a model about the standardization of think tank services including two dimensions named customer value and market and service structure and mechanism.[Result/conclusion]This model provides the think tank service with the blueprint,systematically explores and ponders the improvement of the service quality of think tanks.
