新环境下医学生医患沟通能力提升路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Improving Medical Students’Communication Ability between Doctors and Patients in the New Environment

当前,紧张的医患关系成为人们关注的社会热点问题。医患之间缺乏有效沟通是导致医患关系紧张的重要因素,因此,医护人员必须具有较强的医患沟通能力。即将进入医疗卫生事业的医学生若具有较强的医患沟通能力,将会化解医患之间的矛盾,使医患关系向好的方向发展。鉴于此,本文主要论述影响医学生医患沟通能力提升的因素以及如何提升医学生医患沟通能力的建议,期望医学生具有较强的医患沟通能力,促进形成和谐的医患关系。

At present,the tension between doctors and patients has become a hot social issue.The lack of effective communication between doctors and patients is an important factor leading to the tension between doctors and patients,so medical staff must have a high doctor-patient communication ability.If medical students who are about to enter the medical and health career have a high doctor-patient communication ability,the contradiction between doctors and patients will be resolved and the doctor-patient relationship will develop in a good direction.In view of this,this paper mainly discusses the factors affecting the improvement of medical students'doctor-patient communication ability,as well as Suggestions on how to improve medical students’doctor-patient communication ability,expecting medical students to have higher doctor-patient communication ability,and promoting the formation of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
