叙事医学理念在麻醉人文实践中的应用探讨

Application of Narrative Medical Concept in Anesthesia Humanities Practice

医学是一个复杂的、多因素参与的系统性学科,任何单一的模式都难以承担现代医学的历史使命。安全、无痛、手术顺利是临床麻醉的三个基本要素,也是手术患者最关心、最担心、最恐惧的问题。临床实践提示,患者的心理状态与医疗效果和疾病转归密切相关,叙事医学通过医患之间的“故事”情节,可以降低麻醉前患者的心理应激状态,从而提高麻醉质量,促进疾病康复。因此,良好的围术期叙事麻醉对手术患者的身心状态具有积极作用,“叙事”作为临床医疗的重要工具也是当今医学发展的必然趋势。

Medicine is a complex,multi-factor,systematic dicipline and no single model can bear the historical mission of modern medicine.Safety,painlessness and smooth operation are three basic elements of clinical anesthesia,and they are also the most concerned,worried and feared problem for surgical patients.Clinical practice suggests that patients’psychological state is closely related to medical effects and disease outcomes.Narrative medicine can reduce psychological stress of patients before anesthesia through story plot between doctors and patients,so as to improve quality of anesthesia and promote disease recovery.Therefore,good perioperative narrative anesthesia has a positive effect on physical and mental state of patients undergoing surgery,as an important tool of clinical medicine,narrative is also an inevitable trend in development of medicine today.
