Considerations on the Construction of Public Management Specialty in Medical Colleges Based on National Standards

《国家标准》的颁布必将推动高校专业布局的优化与调整。由于学科薄弱、专业师资数量有限等因素,医科院校公共管理类专业面临着“被调整”的现实问题。为了保障卫生管理专业稳定健康发展,医科院校应理性、科学、审慎地调整公共管理类专业设置,借《国家标准》实施之际,积极推动公共管理类专业“达标”,培育其专业“自选动作”。

The promulgation of national standards will definitely promote the optimization and adjustment of the professional layout of universities.Due to factors such as weak subject and limited professional teachers,public management specialty in medical colleges and universities are facing the problem of being“adjusted”.In order to improve the quality of health management personnel training,medical colleges and universities should rationally,scientifically and prudently adjust the professional setting of public management.When national standards are implemented,,they should actively promote the“reach of standards”and cultivate“selective actions”.
