性格心理学视阈下提升高校心理育人工作实效性的路径探析

Study on Ways to Improve the Effectiveness of Psychological Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Personality Psychology

性格心理学主要研究个性和个体差异,是大学心理健康教育的有益补充,有助于新时代大学生的全方位发展。本文从性格心理学的视角,深入挖掘性格心理学对当代大学生全方位发展的有利因子。在剖析高校心理育人工作存在问题的基础上,从三个方面进一步探讨通过性格心理学提升高校心理育人工作实效性的路径,切实提高育人育心的效果。

Personality psychology,which mainly researches on personality and individual differences,is a beneficial supplement to college mental health education and is conductive to the all-round development of college students in the new era.From the perspective of personality psychology,this paper explores the favorable factors of personality psychology for the all-round development of contemporary college students.Based on the analysis of existing problems in the psychological education in colleges and universities,the paper further explores the path to enhance the effectiveness of psychological education in colleges and universities through personality psychology from three aspects,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of psychological education in colleges and universities.
