摘要
新时代背景下,辅导员在高校实现立德树人重要使命中发挥着重要作用,构建科学、全面、立体的绩效考核机制有利于辅导员队伍建设的“专业化、职业化”健康发展,有助于辅导员个人职业规划与职业认同感和成就感的形成。本文研究了新时代背景下高校辅导员绩效考核的意义与存在的问题,探索了结合辅导员工作职责与立德树人内涵构建绩效考核框架,引入领导力元素促进辅导员发展的对策,进而促进大学生思想政治教育效果的更好实现。
Under the background of the new era,counselors play an important role in the realization of the important mission of moral education in Colleges and universities.The construction of a scientific,comprehensive and three-dimensional performance appraisal mechanism is conducive to the healthy development of“professionalization and professionalization”of counselors,and helps to form their personal career planning,professional identity and sense of achievement.This paper studies the significance and existing problems of College Counselors’performance appraisal under the background of the new era,explores the construction of performance appraisal framework combined with counselors’work responsibilities and the connotation of moral cultivation,and introduces the Countermeasures of leading elements to promote the development of counselors,so as to promote the better realization of the ideological and political education effect of college students.
