摘要
药物性肾损伤是临床常见的药物不良反应,是危及人类健康的重大因素。目前,生化及病理指标检测是最主要的肾损伤测定手段,但存在灵敏度差、有创伤等问题,一定程度上制约了药物性肾损伤的鉴定。任何外源性物质作用都会打破生物体内代谢平衡,从而引起体内代谢物质变化,因此代谢组学为药物性肾损伤鉴定、毒性机制的探索及防治提供了新的研究思路。本文对近年来代谢组学在药物肾毒性方面应用进展进行了综述。
Drug-induced kidney injury is a common adverse drug reaction and a major factor endangering human health. At present, biochemical and pathological indexes are the most important methods to detect renal injury, but there are some problems such as poor sensitivity and trauma, which restrict the identification of drug-induced renal injury to some extent. Any action of exogenous substances will break the balance of metabolism in vivo and cause the change of metabolism in vivo. Therefore, metabonomics provides a new research idea for the identification of drug-induced renal injury, the exploration of toxicity mechanism and the prevention of toxicity.In this paper, the application of metabonomics in drug-induced kidney injury was reviewed.
