摘要
介绍了没食子酸的来源以及常见的提取方法,如酸水解法、碱水解法、发酵法和生物酶法,综述了没食子酸常见衍生物的种类和它们的主要作用;没食子酸及其衍生物显著的抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤等生理活性。介绍了没食子酸及其衍生物在农业、化妆品、医药领域的应用。
The sources of gallic acid and common extraction methods,such as acid hydrolysis,alkali hydrolysis,fermentation and enzymatic hydrolysis,are introduced plus the derivatives of gallic acid and their main functions.Physiological activities of gallic acid and its derivatives,such as antioxidant,antimicrobial and antineoplastic activities,are also discussed.In addition,the application of gallic acid and its derivatives in agriculture,cosmetics and medicine are summarized,respectivly.
