随着电商的快速发展,物流行业也得到快速发展。当前物流的二线企业已经全部出局,行业形成以通达和顺丰为首的全链路经营。本文分析了智慧物流的智慧化、环保化和货通天下的特点,针对农村配送人才及建设方面的问题,提出从政策层面、人才培养及科技赋能进行建设,以适应物流资源在全社会的资源配置。

with the rapid development of e-commerce,logistics industry has also been rapid development.At present,all the second-line logistics enterprises have been out of the market,and the industry has formed a full link operation led by Tongda and Shunfeng.This paper analyzes the characteristics of intelligent logistics,such as intelligence,environmental protection and goods to the world.Aiming at the problems of rural distribution talents and construction,it puts forward the construction from the policy level,personnel training and technology empowerment to adapt to the resource allocation of logistics resources in the whole society.
