冬奥会张家口赛区对外公路交通运力分析

External Traffic Capacity of Zhangjiakou Road in Winter Olympic Games

为解决冬奥会张家口赛区会产生的短时高强度交通流问题,保障赛时交通运行顺畅、有序,对外公路交通运力进行了分析。通过对赛时公路的需求进行预测,研究了交通需求来源和交通方式划分,并分析赛时道路的功能及交通组成。此外,提出了一种基于公路通行能力手册、实际道路情况、复杂天气状况以及赛时各项影响因素的运力分析方法,对张家口赛区提前进行交通运力的分析与评价,对于保障赛时交通运行顺畅、有序、及时完善交通基础设施建设方案、促进区域综合交通运输体系发展、探索创新交通运输业发展方式等具有积极作用和重要意义。

In order to solve the problem of short-term and high-intensity traffic flow in Zhangjiakou competition area of the Winter Olympic Games is researched,and ensure the smooth and orderly traffic operation during the games,the external traffic capacity of the highway is analyzed.The demand of the race time road is predicted,the source of traffic demand and the division of traffic mode are studied,and the function and traffic composition of the race time road are analyzed.Moreover,this paper puts forward a traffic capacity analysis method which is based on the road capacity manual,actual road conditions,complex weather conditions and various factors affecting the competition time.It analyzes and evaluates the traffic capacity of Zhangjiakou competition area in advance,so as to ensure that traffic operation smooth and orderly,timely improve the traffic infrastructure construction scheme and promote the region development of the comprehensive transportation system and the exploration and innovation of the development mode of the transportation industry.It plays an active role and are of great significance.
