摘要
城市交通拥堵治理,亟需精准施策,筛查标定关键堵点,对拥堵成因科学溯源,是前提和基础。标定出上海市近5年拥堵最严重的“口子形”区域,对快速路拥堵关键点位和具体成因进行分析和溯源。基于真实数据的案例分析,发掘并归纳出上匝道车流汇入、下匝道车辆排队、进出车流交织、道路结构性因素等4种快速路致堵源,其研究结果可为上海市快速路交通拥堵精细化治理策略和措施的制定提供现状基础。
Locating key positions of congestion and analyzing origin&source correspond to objectives and requirements of urban traffic fine management,which are premise and basis of precise policy and scientific management.This paper finds the most congested O-shaped zone in recent five years and analyzes specific causes of each key point in Shanghai.On the basis of data-driven case study,it also proposes four main origins or sources of urban expressway congestion including traffic merge from on-ramp,vehicle queuing in off-ramp,weaving traffic flow,road design&construction and so on,which provides existing bases for potential policies and measures of traffic congestion fine management in Shanghai urban expressway.
