习近平总书记关于扶贫开发的重要论述是完成脱贫攻坚目标任务的重要指导,五大发展理念是打赢脱贫攻坚战的思想引领。以新发展理念为统领,在创新发展中激活扶贫内生动力,扶志扶智扶技相结合,推进扶贫思维、扶贫模式和扶贫科技创新;在协调发展中建立专项扶贫、行业扶贫、社会扶贫"三位一体"大扶贫格局,形成脱贫攻坚强大合力;在绿色发展中变贫瘠的土地为金山银山,实现脱贫与生态建设双赢;在开放发展中坚持开放与扶贫相统一,拓展扶贫新空间,共建消除贫困人类命运共同体;在共享发展中让贫困人口、贫困地区共享发展成果全部如期脱贫,打赢脱贫攻坚战,提升治理贫困的能力和水平。

General secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on poverty alleviation and development is an important guide for completing the goal and task of poverty alleviation.The five development concepts are the ideological guidance for winning the battle against poverty.Guided by new development concepts,we should activate the endogenous power of poverty alleviation in the development of innovation,combine aspirations,wisdom,and skills,and promote innovations in poverty alleviation thinking,poverty alleviation models and poverty alleviation technology.We should establish a"three-in-one"poverty alleviation pattern including special poverty alleviation industry poverty alleviation,and social poverty alleviation in coordinated development to form a strong force for poverty alleviation.We should turn the barren lands into gold mountains and silver mountains in the green development to achieve a winwin situation for poverty alleviation and ecological construction.We should adhere to the integration of opening up and poverty alleviation during development to expand new space for poverty alleviation,thus building a community with a shared future for mankind.In the shared development,we should let the poor people and poor areas share the profits of development all out of poverty as scheduled to win the battle poverty,thus improving the ability and level of poverty management.
