摘要
随着固相基质材料的多样化和联用技术的发展,固相表面荧光光谱法成为一种重要的分析技术。它具有简单快速、灵敏度高、选择性好和可以直接测定固体样品等优点,在环境分析领域显现出广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了固相表面荧光光谱法的原理和分类,阐述了其在多环芳烃、农药、硝基苯类化合物、含氮无机物、金属离子等环境污染物分析方面的研究进展,并对固相表面荧光光谱法的发展方向进行了展望。
With the diversification of solid-phase matrix materials and the development of coupling technology,solid-phase surface fluorescence spectroscopy( SSF) has become an important analytical technique. SSF has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,good selectivity and direct measurement of solid samples,and indicates broad application prospects in the field of environmental analysis. This review introduced the principle,classification and application of SSF,especially for the application in the analysis of environmental pollutants,including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs),pesticides,nitrobenzene compounds,nitrogen-containing inorganic substances and metal ions,which was described in detail. Meanwhile,the development trend of solid phase surface fluorescence spectroscopy is prospected.
