摘要
针对普通自动导引车的局限性,设计了带柔性夹爪的自动导引车。介绍了这一自动导引车的结构、系统框架、软硬件构架,分析了气动抓取系统及柔性夹爪的原理。对所设计的自动导引车进行样机验证,确认运行效果良好。
In view of the limitations of ordinary AGV,an AGV with flexible gripper was designed.The structure,system framework,hardware and software framework of this AGV were introduced,and the principles of pneumatic gripping system and flexible gripper were analyzed.The prototype of the designed AGV was verified to confirm that the operation effect was in good condition.
