In order to meet the processing requirements of the thin walled roller part,on the basis of analyzing the clamping process of the thin walled roller part,an expansion device for the thin walled roller part was designed.The structure and working principle of this expansion device were introduced.The application of this expansion device can solve the issues of clamping and positioning of the thin walled roller part during processing.
