光面爆破在大红山铁矿井巷施工中的优化应用 被引量:1

摘要 普通爆破掘进巷道超、欠挖现象明显,对周边围岩破坏严重,导致巷道顶板、侧帮管理(撬毛及支护)难度加大,受冒顶片帮的安全威胁大。为了有效遏制冒顶片帮隐患,降低巷道施工及维护成本,通过光面爆破的应用,可有效控制周边轮廓并能维持围岩的稳定,大红山铁矿实际施工中的不断优化爆破参数,冒顶片帮隐患大幅度下降,有效降低了安全管控风险,同时降低了工程成本,从而创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 The phenomenon of over-excavation and under-excavation of ordinary blasting tunnels is obvious,and the surrounding rock is seriously damaged,which makes the roadway roof and side siding management(prying and supporting)more difficult,and the safety of the roof slab is threatened.In order to effectively curb the hidden dangers of roof collapse and reduce the cost of roadway construction and maintenance,the application of smooth blasting can effectively control the surrounding contours and maintain the stability of the surrounding rock.In the actual construction of Dahongshan Iron Mine,the blasting parameters are continuously optimized and the roof collapses.The hidden dangers of partial favoring have been greatly reduced,which effectively reduces the risk of safety management and control,and at the same time reduces the engineering cost,thereby creating better economic and social benefits.
