摘要
针对某地磁铁矿石含硫(3.39%)较高,磁选容易造成铁精矿含硫超标的问题,进行降硫选铁及综合回收伴生有价组分的选矿试验研究,最终推荐浮选—磁选联合工艺流程,获得了铜品位13.30%、金品位4.25 g/t、银品位107 g/t,铜回收率51.25%的合格铜精矿;硫品位29.60%、硫回收率79.74%的合格硫精矿;全铁品位67.05%、硫含量0.16%、全铁回收率62.00%的合格铁精矿;该工艺流程合理,浮选除硫可有效地降低铁精矿中的硫含量,并且综合回收了铜和硫,提高了该矿山的经济价值。
Aiming at the magnet ore containing high sulphur(3.39%),magnetic separation cause iron concentrate containing excess sulfur,experiment study of sulfur reduction iron separation and comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components was conducted,the final recommendation flotation and magnetic separation combined process,obtained the grade of copper 13.30%,the gold grade of 4.25 g/t,silver grade is 107 g/t,copper recovery rate of 51.25%qualified copper concentrate;Qualified sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 29.60%and sulfur recovery rate of 79.74%;A qualified iron concentrate with 67.05%full iron grade,0.16%sulfur content and 62.00%full iron recovery;The process flow is reasonable,the sulfur content in iron concentrate can be reduced effectively by flotation,and copper and sulfur are recovered synthetically,which improves the economic value of the mine.
