切顶留巷综采面采空区高温区域治理技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对切顶留巷Y型通风工作面采空区漏风量大、煤层易自燃的特点,以发耳煤矿50105工作面采空区高温区域的治理为工程背景,分析了高温区域位置的确定、压注液态二氧化碳、长钻孔压注高分子材料等综合防灭火技术的应用效果,形成了集压注惰性气体控制火势、加快工作面推进速度、精准压注高分子材料降低高温区域温度等为一体的综合治理方案,消除了高温隐患,保证了工作面的安全回采,可为类似工作面的防灭火工作提供经验参考。 As the goaf air leakage is serious and the coal seam is liable to spontaneous combustion in the Y-type ventilation working face in roof cutting gob-side entry retaining,the application and effect of comprehensive fire control technologies in the 50105 working face goaf of Faer Coal Mine are analyzed,including the high-temperature area locating,liquid carbon dioxide injection,and polymer materials injection through long borehole,and a comprehensive treatment plan is proposed,which integrates inert gas injection for fire control,advancement acceleration and precise injection of polymer materials for cooling.The spontaneous combustion risk is eliminated,ensuring the safety of the working face mining.
