摘要
在钢结构桥梁的施工设计中,钢梁安装受诸多因素的影响,为确保成桥阶段钢梁性能的充分发挥,对钢梁安装施工进行分析有其意义所在。以阜阳颖柳路泉河桥项目为背景,研究钢箱梁分块方案选择及其在滑道梁拖拉施工工序中的应力表现。通过采用ABAQUS中壳单元模拟板件、桁架单元模拟临时支撑,建立有限元模型,计算分析钢箱梁分块吊装及拖拉施工过程中的各项性能,以求验证该安装方案在实际施工过程中的安全性与可行性。
In the design and construction process of steel bridges,the installation for steel girder is affected by many factors.In order to ensure the performance of steel girder after forming stage of the whole bridge,the analysis for installation construction of steel girder is of great significance.Based on the project of Yingliu-Road Quan-River Bridge in Fuyang,this paper studies the selection of block plan for steel box girder and how it performs in the hauling construction process.By using shell element to simulate the plates and the truss element to simulate the temporary support in ABAQUS,the finite element model is built to calculate and analyze the performance of steel box girder during both the lifting and installation process,to verify the safety and feasibility of the installation scheme in actual construction.
