钢结构涂装红外热成像技术检测的影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 由于钢结构涂装表面特征、背景环境的影响、拍摄距离、红外热像仪本身性能等影响因素会使红外热像仪接收的温度与物体表面的真实温度之间存在一定的误差,因此需要对影响钢结构涂装检测精度的影响因素进行分析。在钢结构涂装红外热成像试验的基础上,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行钢结构涂装的红外检测图像模拟的基础上,分析了环境温度、缺陷深度、缺陷尺寸和施加热流对检测结果及精度的影响情况。通过钢结构涂装红外热成像仿真分析和试验检测结果分析,设计制作了钢结构涂装检测对比试板,对比试板的红外检测结果表明了红外热成像技术在钢结构涂装检测的有效性。 Due to the surface characteristics of the steel structure coating,the influence of the background environment,the shooting distance,and the performance of the thermal imaging camera itself,there will be a certain error between the temperature received by the thermal imaging camera and the true temperature of the surface of the object.The influencing factors affecting the accuracy of steel structure coating detection are analyzed.Based on the infrared thermal imaging test of steel structure coating,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate the infrared inspection image of steel structure coating,and the environmental temperature,defect depth,defect size,and the application of heat flow to the test results,impact of accuracy are analyzed.Based on the infrared thermal imaging simulation analysis of steel structure coating and the analysis of test results,a comparative test plate for steel structure coating testing was designed and manufactured.The infrared test results of the comparative test plate show the effectiveness of infrared thermal imaging technology in steel structure coating testing.
