某类小钢制件磁粉检测夹具优化设计 被引量:1

Optimized Magnetic Particle Inspection Tooling for Certain Steel Parts

摘要 公司承制的一些螺母、螺套等小钢制件(内径≤8mm)种类多、批量大,均需进行100%磁粉检测。现用磁粉检测夹具存在耐用性差、磁化效率低、使用不便利等问题。为解决这些问题,根据通电磁化原理,对该类零件的磁化夹具进行了系统分析,并参考了机械加工组合夹具的构思,优化设计了新的磁粉检测组合夹具。经使用验证,新夹具耐用性良好、简单易用,保证产品质量的前提下,可大幅度地提升该类产品的磁粉检测效率(约30%~75%)。 There were variety kinds of small steel parts(inner diameter≤8 mm)with large quantity each batch such as nuts and steel sleeves which were required 100%magnetic particle inspection.The existing magnetizing tooling was poor durability,low magnetizing efficiency and inconvenient to use.In order to solve these problems,systematic analysis was performed,according to the principle of circular magnetizing,and with reference to the idea of combined tooling used in machining.A new magnetizing combined tooling was designed and optimized.After testing and improving,the new tooling has good durability,higher magnetizing efficiency,and better usability.On the premise of ensuring product quality,the efficiency of magnetic particle testing of relevant products can be obviously improved(about 30%~75%).
